Still have a question?
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We welcome walk-in patients, especially for emergencies like toothaches or trauma. However, booking an appointment in advance helps us serve you faster and reduces waiting time.

We provide general dental care, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and basic restorations as well as preventive services like fluoride applications and oral health education.

Yes. If you’re experiencing severe pain, swelling, bleeding, or dental trauma, please come in, even outside regular hours. Call us first if possible so we can prepare.

Our clinic is committed to accessible care. We keep fees reasonable and often run subsidized or free camps in underserved areas. For specific pricing, feel free to ask at reception or check our fee chart onsite.

Yes! We encourage early dental visits and make extra effort to keep children comfortable and entertained with cartoons and cute gifts! Our team is trained to handle young patients gently and patiently.

All instruments are sterilized using autoclaves, and we follow strict infection-control protocols, including gloves, masks, and disposable materials where needed. Patient safety is non-negotiable.

How often should I brush my teeth?

Brush twice daily (morning and night) for 2 minutes each time. Brushing more than 3 times per day or too hard can wear down enamel. Use a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste.

Natural remedies have cultural value, but most lack fluoride, which is the key ingredient proven to prevent decay. If you prefer traditional methods, consider combining them with fluoride toothpaste (e.g., neem twig for massage, fluoride paste for brushing). Ask us—we’ll help you balance tradition and science.

No, bleeding gums are usually a sign of gingivitis (early gum disease), often from plaque buildup. Don’t stop brushing! Instead, brush gently but thoroughly along the gumline. If bleeding continues after 3-4 days of proper care, visit us.

Brushing alone cleans only ~60% of tooth surfaces. Flossing (or using interdental brushes) removes plaque between teeth, where cavities and gum disease often start. Even doing it 2–3 times a week helps.

Not necessarily. Yellowing can be natural (thinner enamel reveals the yellow dentin underneath), age-related, or due to habits like tea/coffee/smoking. But if it’s sudden or patchy, it could signal decay or fluorosis. Visit us, and we’ll check.

Fluoride in controlled amounts (like in toothpaste or community water) is safe and highly effective against cavities. The WHO, ADA, and Bangladesh’s ICMR all endorse it. Toxicity only occurs with massive overdoses, like swallowing an entire tube of paste daily (which no one does!).

As soon as the first tooth appear or by age 1. Early visits help detect issues like bottle-feeding decay and get kids comfortable with the dentist.
